Rules for RV There Storage

1.  Storage area will be open 24/7.  Preferred access will be 6 AM to 9 PM. Gate access 365 days/year (weather permitting) 2.  Accidents/incidents within the storage area should be referred to the Weld County Sheriff at (303) 857-2725. For other site related problems call 303-536-0614. 3.  Vehicle mechanical servicing is not allowed in storage area. (No oil, other fluid changes or painting) 4.  Help keep the storage area clean by removing all your trash. Do not store items on the ground around your unit. 5.  Vehicle support jacks will not be used unless supported by pressure pads. Tenant will provide chocks – tongue and jack pressure pads. 6.  RV There Storage will not be responsible for moving vehicle during snow conditions. 7.  Do not move the space numbers and use only assigned space(s). 8.  Tenants must sign a new lease contract when changing units (trade, sell, etc.). The contract must reflect the correct units(s) stored. 9.  Abandoned or delinquent units will be removed and moving costs added to the tenant’s bill for collection. 10.  Tenants must keep vehicles operational. Windows broken out, flat tires and major damage is unacceptable. 11.  A $15 minimum fee will be added to the monthly bill for debris clean up, i.e. shredded tarps, and weather shrink-wrap. The tenant has 10 days from date of RV There Storage’s notification letter to clean up, otherwise the fee will be applied to your monthly bill. 12.  Vehicle must be in running condition or on a trailer. 13.  You must show registration and/or title.
